Cycle’s Weekday series is a once-a-year opportunity! And of all their Weekday Stouts, Thursday (2022) might be the most loaded brew to date. The Florida team barrel aged the brew for three years with maple, coconut, and twice the amount of coffee as previous Thursday releases.
Tasting Notes
Every sip howls with breakfast table delights, built for the corner booth at a brunch spot. Decadent richness from the maple comes through right away, with luxurious coconut taking over every sip. A satisfying roasted note from the massive amounts of coffee gives a welcoming earthy flavor.

really enjoyed this one. The only knock is the bitter coffee finish. Medium body but not over sweets.

Bit of a miss here. Intense barrel flavor, but even with the extra coffee, it was still overpowered a bit with the maple sweetness. Overall pretty rich and boozy and not the best aftertaste.
