About This Beer
The big brains over at Cerebral take a scientific approach to beer, which is why they crafted this puppy in the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. Just kidding! The Denver brew masters made it by hopping a flaked and malted oat base with Mosaic, Galaxy, Strata, and Simcoe.
Tasting Notes
The fusion of those ingredients gave us a refreshing Hazy with bright notes of pineapple bursting out of the can. Pithy nuances of white grapefruit speed through verdant tones of freshly cut grass and biscuity malt on their way to the lime-zesty finish.
