Time Waits is aged for 12 months in Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon Barrels, so prepare to be engulfed in sweet boozy caramel aromas that rise from the bottle as you pop the cap. It pours with a motor oil-like thickness that instantly coats the sides of your glass. Bold amounts of liquid toffee swirled with vanilla fudge conquers your palate and leaves a lingering, roasty dark chocolate imprint on the back of your tongue. Its 15% ABV is well hidden below all of these decadent flavors, when you’ve finished a glass, take your time standing up... 

When creating the recipe for Time Waits Anchorage wanted something that would age graciously over a long time, and that would respect their passion for well made spirits and big, boozy, flavorful brews. Time Waits For No One accomplishes all this and nails the essence of a special occasion Dark Beer.
