About This Beer
A portion of the proceeds from each can of Together As One (aka the Icarus version of the All Together IPA) goes to local hospitality workers affected by the ongoing pandemic. Plus, it’s totally delicious! Talk about a win-win.
Icarus built off of the original recipe to create a full-bodied, heavily-oated NEIPA that’s even juicier. The team drenched it with Zeus, Cascade, and Mosaic in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped it with oodles of Cascade, Lupulin Simcoe, Lupulin Citra, and Lupulin Mosaic for a smooth and hop-filled sip.
Tasting Notes
This brew is like a tropical fruit salad, dripping with ripe mango, pineapple, guava, and papaya, and seasoned with a squeeze of sweet orange. A dank, slightly herbal finish expertly accents all that succulence up front. Combine that flavor with its approachable 6.2% ABV, and you’ve got one refreshing summer crusher.
