• First, they unloaded 1.5 pounds of blueberries into each barrel. Bet your grandma doesn’t do that!
• They use a White Stout base to create a luscious, deep desserty mouthfeel with zero roast character.
• Vietnamese cinnamon induces sensations of fresh baked, graham-cracker-like crust.
• Madagascar vanilla beans and lactose unite for a creamy sweetness that tops the pie experience with French Vanilla ice cream. Now that’s what we call #alamode!

This expert craftsmanship should come as no surprise — Illuminated’s small-batch creations have earned them a spot on the Brewers Association’s list of the 20 Fastest Growing U.S. Craft Breweries!

Just like a pie, this rich beer is better for sharing — and impressing your friends with its true-to-pie flavors. Brewed in honor of the late Anthony Bourdain, fans are talking up this beer as an EVENT you drink with friends and family to celebrate life. 

One fan said that he had a pint of Tony Humble Pie in one hand, and was calling his mom with the other. Now, that’s just beautiful.
