About This Beer
Alesong crafted Touch of Brett with a tangy, brettanomyces-fermented base and aged it in French oak barrels. Then they gave it balanced tropical tones with a dry hopping of Northwest-grown Azacca Hops.
Tasting Notes
You can expect this celebrated brew to deliver waves of pineapple and mango on top of a mild, haylike funk. Zesty flourishes of sweet orange and pine will be reminiscent of an IPA, but with the complexity of an oak aged Saison. And it’ll all culminate with a dry, snappy finish.

The Azacca dry hop adds a nice tropical character. Nothing crazy here. Approachable yet with a subtle complexity
