About This Beer
To make it, brewery founder Kyle Harrob blended two already exceptional Stouts — one aged in Four Roses El Cerrito barrels, and another that slumbered in Old Forrester Birthday bourbon casks. Then he conditioned the beer on coconut candy, emperor’s coconut, and toasted coconut.
Tasting Notes
Every thick-bodied sip overflows with flavors of fudge and macaroons. Layered tones of top shelf whiskey add warmth on the way to a long, lingering finish with hints of caramel.
