About This Beer
Tripping Animals began with a roasty Imperial Stout base aged for 25 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it with Madagascar vanilla, cacao nibs, and a locally-roasted espresso blend from their buddies at Panther Coffee. On top of all that, they added real tiramisu to the mix!
