Tasting Notes

Pretty sour with a good haze over top, real complex citrus notes, though I hoped for more cream it was a really smooth feel to the brew. quite enjoyable but can’t wait to see the other flavors return!

not sure why but I didn’t like the flavors together in this one. it was the right amount of sour and sweet though. it had to grow on me.
