About This Beer
This country-style Lager is like a delicious trek across Europe to taste the best beers the continent has to offer! The tour starts in Deutschland with a German-style double decoction mash and Tettnang hops. Everything moves southeast with Czech Pilsner malt before open fermentation for one week and oak lagering for three. Then it all travels west for a dry hopping with French Triskel Hops.
Tasting Notes
Crisp, crackly baguette nuances lead each sip before it all blossoms into floral flourishes and tones of wild grass. A spritz of lemon essence balances the herbal notes with just a touch of oak before a satisfyingly dry, snappy finish.
