About This Beer
When a major mover in the hops industry makes a brewing suggestion, you listen up. At least that’s what BlackStack did. When they collaborated with the hop giants at Yakima Chief they decided, “Sometimes you don't ask why... just trust the process.”
The brewers created the hop bill for their next DDH DIPA based on which recently-harvested varieties the Yakima Chief team were most excited about — Idaho 7, Idaho 7 Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe American Noble, and a pinch of Sabro.
Tasting Notes
Trust The Process bursts with notes of zesty tangerine and sweet-tart stone fruit. Tropical mango, juicy pineapple, and overripe melon abound in the sip. It’s soft on the palate, with a dry finish hinting at a touch of grapefruit pith. And, each smooth sip deliciously conceals a hefty 8.4% ABV.
