About This Beer
To craft Tryptophan, the Lua crew teamed up with friends at Turkey River Fermentation Project. They started with a base so pillowy, you could practically rest your head on it. Then they blanketed it all in tropical lusciousness using Galaxy, Strata, Mosaic Cryo, and Cashmere Hops.
Tasting Notes
Succulent pineapple and tangy mandarin notes cascade into delicate hibiscus on every sip. Soft blueberry and vibrant strawberry swirl just underneath with wafts of melon and grass on the end.

First Lua beer. Fantastic. One of the better ipas I've had from tavour. Full body mouthfeel, bursting tropical fruit juice flavor.
