Source Brewing’s opening day attracted so many beer fanatics, the brewery had to offer a free valet service just to accommodate everyone. 

No joke! We’re guessing it was the brewery’s authentic farm-to-glass experience that drew the crowds. Or maybe it was the brewery owner Philip Petracca’s appearance on Shark Tank with his home beer-dispensing invention that got people stoked! 

Today, all that hype has only grown. Especially when you’re talking about beers like Twin Silos V2 Imperial NEIPA — double dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic Cryo Hops! 

Each sip is a silky juice-splosion of stone fruit sweetness and tangerine tang, rounded out by bursts of blueberry. It tastes like if you pressed apricots and mandarin oranges into one glass, raspberries, honeydew, and grapefruit into another, then blended them together with a buzzing 9% ABV.

If you’ve been sleeping on this beloved NJ brewery, never fear! Fans are calling Twin Silos V2 “absolutely stellar” and “one of the best Source brews I’ve ever had,” so it’s a great introduction to these dexterous folks.
