The crew at Casey started with a spontaneously fermented Farmhouse Ale base brewed with oats for a super soft and approachable mouthfeel. Then they loaded it with crisp-yet-creamy French Butter Pears.

I like sours, and liked this one, too. However, I felt that
it was so sour that the butter pear flavor was overpowered by the tartness.
