About This Beer
This Farmhouse Ale began with a soft, oat-filled base aged in oak barrels. When the blend was just right, the crew conditioned it with vanilla and oodles of fresh, local nectarines.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of haylike funk and lemon zest invite you into the sip. The ripe stone fruit’s jammy juice and tangy nuances blend with the biscuity malts like a bite of freshly-baked pie. Underneath, subtle oak and silky vanilla create a creamy sweetness that lingers through the finish. A hint of sour, just-picked nectarine skin gives the aftertaste extra complexity.

The nectarine and vanilla both come through beautifully through the sour character. Yum.
