About This Beer
The brewers started with a mixed fermentation base softened by malted oats. Then they loaded it with whole raspberries from the Pacific Northwest.
Tasting Notes
The result is as elegant as it is refreshing. Bright berry on the sip gives way to tangy citrus zest and notes of rustic lemongrass. A bit of fresh hay cuts through the tart acidity, and it all leads to a long, dynamic finish with lingering nuances of tangy lemon-lime and even more bramble fruit.
