About This Beer
First, they started with an heirloom Barke Pilsner, Vienna malts, and flaked rice base. Then they hit it with Cascade hops and Motueka CGX pellets before finishing it off by dry hopping with a well-placed one-two punch of Simcoe and El Dorado. Created in collaboration with MMA legend Eddie Alvarez!
Tasting Notes
Take a sip and Biscuity notes of fresh-baked baguette blast onto the palate like a double leg takedown. Hints of floral orange blossom, grapefruit pith, and resinous pine grapple underneath, before giving way to a snappy finish that’s absurdly refreshing.
