About This Beer
Burial and Parish crafted today’s Unfolding Dreams of Light Unending with Burial Griddle Espresso Blend coffee, pecan, dulce de leche, and Tahitian and Madagascar vanilla. Plus, in an homage to Louisiana’s famed Café du Monde, they hit it with a dose of chicory root.
Tasting Notes
Each sip is a love letter to some of the most iconic flavors of the American South, with treacly notes of pecan pie topped by a hefty scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, followed by notes of a cup of high-quality chicory coffee. And it’s all expertly hiding a super smooth 15% ABV.

the notes of this were intriguing to me was very interested specifically in the chicory because I love Vietnamese coffee which has that in it and have often thought it would pair well in a pastry stout. this was a great example
