About This Beer
For this one, the DSSOLVR crew started with Pilsner and specialty malt for roasty nuances. Hallertau Mittelfruh Hops in the boil add faintly floral complexities, while Northern Brewer Hops in the whirlpool bring unique notes of frosted pine. A traditional German Lager treatment gives the brew a smooth, pristine finish.
Tasting Notes
Rich currents of cocoa, sweet hazelnut, and toasted wheat course through every sip. Floral flourishes lead to a finish as clean and crisp as an alpine waterfall.

I was really hoping to get the chocolate and hazelnut flavors, but I didn't. It was a good basic dark lager though.

I didn’t care for this one much… Upon first sip, I thought it had a burnt coffee taste to it. I tried getting through it, but I couldn’t bring myself to drink more than 1/4 of the can.
