About This Beer
The brewers crafted this one by blending an oak-aged Wild Ale with a freshly brewed beer, then refermenting it on 200lbs of Texas Wildflower honey. They dryhopped the brew with Motueka and Rakau, finished it off with a dusting of NZ hop kief, and bottle conditioned for lively, effervescent carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Look for hints of lime leaf, apricot, and peach dancing over a mildly tangy body. A touch of oak adds complexity, elevating slightly earthy notes on the way to a dry, crisp finish.
