Thanks to the 1996 classic, Twister, I know three things to be true about tornadoes: one, Bill Paxton could talk to them, two, you can totally survive flying inside one if you’re properly tethered, and three, they strike about every hour in increasingly dramatic proportions. 

Okay, maybe none of that is accurate. But, it’s fun stuff to mull over while getting fresh sips of Turning Point Beer’s massive hopbomb, Unusually Precise Tornado IPA!

Maybe it’s the 10.2% ABV getting me amped, but this Hazy Triple IPA has me cheering extra hard for Paxton and friends as they race to get the giant twister to eat their science experiment. 

But, what’s really cheer-worthy is the trifecta of hops Turning Point used to squeeze out a luscious whirlwind flavor! 

Citra Hops bring the juice, flowing with notes of OJ and ruby red grapefruit. Mosaic Hops weave in gushes of mango and a whisper of peach. Vic Secret Hops add hints of passionfruit and resinous pine. 

All you need is a couple cold cans and your favorite summer disaster-adventure movie cued up, and you’re set for a fun afternoon! Just watch out for any flying cows.
