Nice refreshing lime sour. Not too tart, not too sweet.

Super lambic on the nose. Not nearly as sour as I was expecting on the palate. Plenty of sweet lime flavors with hints of graham and vanilla following. I think it hits the key lime pie target perfectly. All I’m missing is a bit of saline since it’s a gose.

you can taste the graham crackers! this one was pleasantly surprising. it is ironic the brewery is named ‘Wild Leap,’ as that is what I did when I decided to give this one a try. goes down way too easy
