About This Beer
Did you know that putting a little salt on your watermelon can actually make it sweeter? It’s a trick my granddad taught me when I was just a kid, and I’ve been eating melon that way ever since.
Clearly, the cider masters at Hudson North must have been in contact with my paw-paw, ‘cause they’re hip to this awesome salty-sweet combo! They stuffed the Semi-sweet Cider with succulent watermelon concentrate, then lightly kissed with hibiscus and sea salt.

Sweet in a way similar to caramel, watermelon pretty prominent. A pleasant little day drink.

I thought this was enormously refreshing. kinda like the FEELING you get with salted watermelon, but it didn’t taste like it.
