About This Beer
This delectably juicy blend of two foeder-aged Sour Ales is positively packed with mountains of Hood River cherries and biodynamic blueberries!
Each portion of Ale fermented in foeders for around a year before the crew added the fruit. After mingling in the tanks with all that summer bounty, the brews were transferred into French oak barrels to age a little longer.
Tasting Notes
The mixture of two and three year old beers sings with notes of jammy berries and fresh, sun-ripened stone fruit. Their sweetness beautifully balances the tart base, while hints of hay and wildflowers lend an earthy funk to each taste.
