About This Beer

To make Vanilla Medianoche (2024), WeldWerks began with their rich, velvety Medianoche base. Then they aged the brew for 21-39 months in top-shelf barrels from Blanton’s Bourbon, Sazerac Rye 18-year Rye, Buffalo Trace Rye, Henry McKenna 10-year Bottled in Bond Bourbon, Law's Whiskey House Rye, Weller 12-year Bourbon, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, AND Buzzards Roost Bourbon.

Afterwards, the crew infused the blend with heaping helpings of Madagascar vanilla beans for an additional month.

Tasting Notes

Silky nuances of sweet custard and freshly-baked sponge cake weave through every fudgy taste. Hints of whiskey caramel and barrel oak accent the milk chocolate tones with a thread of boozy heat.

Midnight black pour. Dark tan swirl on the glass. Fantastic aromas of vanilla, bourbon, and fudge. Rich mouthfeel. Notes of vanilla bean, chocolate, and bourbon. Fantastic.
