Alright, so maybe I misheard the iconic line Val Kilmer delivers in the classic film Tombstone. But after tasting this mouth-watering Berliner Weisse, it actually makes more sense this way. That’s because the Sour savants at Wild Barrel packed it to the brim with Oregon-grown huckleberries and Tahitian limes.

Mild berry scent. A punch of sharp, fresh lime upfront, finishing with sweet berry notes. Lime is dominant and lingers on the palate. Quite sour, almost too much so, mostly from the addition of lime rather than the Berliner Weisse itself.
