not really tasting the watermelon. Strong apricot taste though.

This sour tastes identically to the Sour Patch Watermelon candies. It is sweet, sour, and puckering. The watermelon stands out but apricot can be tasted as well. It is blended well and goes down easily. A really good sour.

Ordered from Tavour in 16 ounce cans, chilled, and poured into an imperial pint glass.
Look: reddish-pink, like the juice from a watermelon. Very small, quarter-finger white head that quickly disappeared and left a ring of light foam around the glass.
Smell: apricot up front and big time, followed by light watermelon, trailing Berliner base.
Taste: sour candy up front, followed by a mesh of apricot and watermelon that are difficult to separate. Trailing sour jolly rancher watermelon candy and wheat notes. No booze, bitter or hop notes.
Feel: light body, nice tickle of carbonation that lingered as it warmed. Sour notes create a crisp finish that was refreshing.
Overall, we were unsure about the combination of watermelon and apricot, but the first smell and sip of this one created an interesting and refreshing combination of light sour and well meshed fruit. The overall note we got was like a watermelon jolly rancher, but the fruit was apricot forward. Fun and refreshing beer.
Cheers!

Big apricot nose with watermelon in the background. Nice burst of tartness up front in taste followed by watermelon Jolly Rancher notes with apricot right behind.

Tad to sweet for my liking.

This is as sour as I would ever want a beer to be. I like the amount of sour but I would like this drink more if it was just a little bit sweeter. Good flavors, you can taste the apricot more.

Lots of watermelon upfront that fades to apricot with a slight sweetness. Finish is clean and tart.

Strong scent of watermelon. Goes down like tangy watermelon candy, complemented by tart notes of apricot. A bit sweeter than I’d like — and notably sweeter than other beers in the Vice series.
