About This Beer
To make it, the crew began with a base of caramel and crystal malts and aged it in Colorado single malt whiskey barrels for a complex, 16.76% ABV stunner that’ll make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
Tasting Notes
Rustic baked-apple aromas waft over the smooth, malty brew. Each delightfully chewy, full-bodied sip is like a mouthful of brioche bread pudding studded with dried fruits and drizzled with boozy caramel sauce. Raisin and fig tones add depth to the toffeelike sweetness that lingers into the finish.
