About This Beer
To make this fang-tastic dark sipper, the Icarus crew brewed a velvety base using English Marris Otter, domestic oats, German pale malt, debittered black malt, and coffee malt. They hopped it with Cascade and Columbus, then conditioned the whole thing on decadent additions of wildflower honey, Ceylon cinnamon, toasted coconut, and fresh Arabica coffee.
Tasting Notes
Indulgent café aromas waft out of every silky pour. Currents of coconut mocha flow through the sip with subtle swirls of cinnamon and honey. The only hint of the 12.8% ABV is the delightful warmth that’ll spread through your body after you suck it down.

still get that Russian harshness, but all these flavors are not only apparent but they mesh very well together
