To make this one, the brewers comb through their stock of bourbon barrel aged beers, selecting the very finest Barleywines to blend into V.S.O.J. And for the 2024 rendition, they also chose brews aged on French Oak for the first time ever!
Tasting Notes
Look for notes of brioche bread and plum preserves mingling with nuances of date, fig, and toffee. And even with all that booze, it should finish velvety soft.
