About This Beer
To craft this banger, the Aslin crew let a rich base Stout mature for 2 years in a single Weller bourbon barrel. Then, taking inspiration from the British cookie of the same name, they conditioned it on chocolate, marshmallow, graham cracker, and raspberry.
Tasting Notes
Each sip sings with notes of toasted s’mores and raspberry truffles. Roasty malts hold the whole thing together like a thumping double bass in a Dixieland swing tune. Hints of oaky vanilla and whiskey harmonize on the finish, leaving little trace of the 13% ABV.
