A Note on This Beer

Everything about today’s beer is friggin’ adorable!

First off, it’s from Lil Beaver Brewery, which is pretty much the cutest name ever.

Second, it’s called Wainbow Sherbert —“wainbow” is the word my niece regularly employs when describing her My Little Pony collection.

The brewers pack each batch full of fresh orange, plump raspberry, and zesty lime utop silky layers of milk sugar. It tastes like an ice cream scoop of gooey-fruity bliss, smothered by a cloud of whipped cream softer than your childhood blankie!

And, this is your very first chance to try a sip of this juice without heading to central Illinois. Because founder, head brewer, and National Homebrew Competition medalist Chad Bevers just opened his taproom in 2018.

The lil brewery is already making a big splash in the local scene thanks to adorably delicious brews like Wainbow Sherbert. Illinois newspaper The Herald & Review even called them out as one of the best in the state!

So grab your cans, set up a tea party with some stuffed animals, and enjoy some beautiful Wainbow Sherbert. It’ll be beyond cute.

Maybe got a bad batch. Had to pour two out because they were so bitter and unflavored and left a strange mouthfeel.

First sip was super tart, but after that it was smooth and tasted exactly like rainbow sherbert. I was really amazed by this one.
