A Note on This Beer
Boarding the Hop Ship: This stuff is triple dry-hopped with a unique blend of Azacca, Vic Secret, and Comet Hops! Beast of a Yeast: The brewers use Kveik yeast to impart notes of thick pineapple juice in every sip, highlighting the tropical citrus and piney finish of the hops.
If you’ve been on Tavour for a while, you’re probably already a fan of the New York Craft Beer Competition award-winners at Destination Unknown. If not, today’s massive IPA is one heck of an introduction to the lush talents of these Long Island juice experts.
One sip, and you’ll sound just like these folks:
- “Easily the best Triple [IPA] I’ve ever had!” @Kris S.
- “One of the best! If not THE best from DUBCO.” @Rob M.
- “Wow! Like I hit the Lotto. Yes please!” @Chris G.
Those are just a few things excited New York craft fiends are saying about today’s 11.3% ABV Triple IPA. It’s called Water Taxi, and it’s ready to take you where you want to go!
Just be careful with it — that massive ABV is so well disguised behind an ocean of juice that you might forget it’s there! That is, until you try standing up to grab another can!
