Flavor: A citrusy blast of fresh peaches and pithy grapefruit, while Kviek Voss backs it all up with constant notes of orange-citrus. Mouthfeel: Brewed with enough Oats to make a Quaker shake, this beer is fluffier than an unkempt baby lamb.

Kviek (pronounced: “ka-wike”) is a group of Norwegian yeast cultures that have been used in brewing for centuries by Nordic people. In fact, “kviek” is just the Norwegian word for “yeast!”
These yeasts have been passed down, shared, and reused by families and neighbors for generations. And that’s why the Kviek Voss in today’s juicebomb is so special — its entire citrusy history has its roots in one specific farmstead in Voss, Norway.
