A Note on This Beer
You’ve probably heard of beers with “kush flavors” or “cannabis-like qualities.”
But, how do brewers get those flavors without actually using the plant in question? Heck, if you’ve never been around that freaky green moon cabbage, you might not even know what those flavors are supposed to taste like.
Today’s your lucky day to find out, because WeedWolf: Green Ritual is as “kushy” as IPAs come!
Varietal Beer Co. coaxes out resinous fruit and earth notes from a massive hop bill of Mosaic, Pahto, Ernest, Experimental Hop HBC 630, and Pekko. Hop plants are related to cannabis plants, after all. And brewed right, they yield that signature electric lettuce taste along with a smoothly satisfying mouthfeel.
Each mouthful of WeedWolf is hugely aromatic, with ultra-dank mango and grassy forest-fresh flavors dancing across the palate. It’s an 8.1% ABV DIPA too, so it’s as pleasantly mind-buzzing as the real thing!
And, the best thing about it? It’s totally legal no matter what state you live in.
This hop joint is too new for ratings.
