Did you know that Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergso, the founder and head brewer of Evil Twin Brewing, has a soft spot for Tavour?

It’s true! That’s why he and his crew brewed up a special batch of their tremendously popular blue raspberry Sour IPA just for you folks. And this was AFTER it already sold out in New York!

This brilliant blue-green sipper shows off why Forbes calls Evil Twin’s creations “ground-breaking.” To make it, the brewers added raspberries to the hopped-up base brew, then gave it an enticing blue hue with a dose of butterfly pea flower!

Like a cross between Warheads and Jolly Ranchers, the flavors start lemony tart and zippy before quickly transforming into sweet berry notes!

If you’re curious which of your neighbors are also on Tavour, just ask them to stick out their tongues — if they’re blue, you know what they’ve been sipping.

It had a nice scent and looked beautiful! The taste wasn't what I expected it wasn't bad, but wasn't my favorite. Had a nice blue raspberry note. But also a bit of sour. Not as sour as I thought it would be.

Sour AF!! If you like sour like warheads sour then this is it…except no sweetness lol just straight sour. Cool color but reminds me of pre workout drinks…..but I noticed if you pour it over ice it tastes way better. 👍🏼

Favorite sour. Would order again. Second one tasted like it had mellowed, but shipping took like 2 or 3 weeks and who knows how the rail/shipping warehouses stored it, so that could be why.

Not a fan of sours. But I like blue raspberry. This taste like if you had a blue raspberry soda and you let the ice melt in the cup. (A lot of ice) Or a blue raspberry sour straws. I would rather the hops of the IPA more pronounced. Either way a good try. I assume if you do like sours you’ll love this.

Tasty blueberry sour! I didn't mix it back up well enough, so there was a lot of blue coloring at the bottom of the can still. The can doesn't mention rolling or shaking it up...

This a raspberry sour IPA that is both sour and tart. It is a bit thin and light. The beer is more tart than flavorful to me. It does have a nice floral note to it however.
