Like the Weissbier, Weizenbocks contain at least 50% wheat malts and a top-fermenting weiss yeast. But, they also have the deep malty flavors we love in robust Doppelbocks. It’s rare to find this style of wheat beer because it’s notoriously difficult to brew.
