About This Beer
The crew at DSSOLVER partnered up with fellow David Lynch fans at Petty Thieves Brewing Company to craft it special for Twin Peaks Day. So, of course, it’s loaded up with Double R Diner staples: whole cherry pies, cherry pie filling, a mountain of custom-roasted Twin Peaks Day coffee from Flower Mouth Coffee, maple, sea salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. And after 30 months in Grape Brandy barrels, it is more intricate and complex than The Lost Highway!
Tasting Notes
This is, excuse me, a damn fine can of beer. Huge notes of homemade pastry collide with jammy pie filling on every sip. Meanwhile, dark chocolate and mocha nuances usher the palate towards sophisticated hints of barrel char and cognac on the finish.
