About This Beer
This beer/wine hybrid showcases some of the brewery’s favorite things. They highlighted their preferred Bordeaux varietal by co-fermenting Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Washington’s Coyote Canyon Vineyard with a mature, oak-aged Blonde Ale base.
Tasting Notes
Each stunning burgundy pour sings with rich nuances ranging from jammy red fruits, to a delicately tart acidity accented by funky farmyard flavors. Soft, vinous tannins give the cherry and brambleberry tones a crisp, dry finish, leaving you to muse over its incredible complexity.
