The Michigan crew started with a crisp, refreshing Blonde Ale base. And they added white chocolate during fermentation for a creamy body and reserved sweetness.

12oz can from Tavour. Golden pour, cloudy, spotty head. Instant hot of white chocolate, then bready malts, and it doesn't quite mesh. Taste brings more white chocolate, a bit smoother than the aroma,but it finishes really fast, leaving no trace on the palate. Not a fan.
