About This Beer
KC Bier’s smooth and malty Winterbock has earned silver medals at the World Beer Cup and European Beer Star Awards.
To make it, the German-trained brewers combined Munich and Pilsner malts with Bavarian Perle Hops. They double decocted the brew to boost its malt character, fermented it on yeast from Andechs Monastery, then cold lagered it for six weeks.
Tasting Notes
Each smooth swig of this mahogany-colored bier sings with notes of caramel and dark chocolate. It’s rich and medium bodied, with an 8.25% ABV, yet as crisp as an alpine stream.

Brown bread, figs, and raisins fill the aroma. Taste follows aroma along with caramel and sweet malt. Reminds me of a Quad. This beer is damn tasty!
