About This Beer
To make it, the dark beer masters at Cerebral Brewing aged their velvety base Porter in Bourbon and Blis Maple Syrup Barrels for 11 months. Then they conditioned the whole thing on locally roasted Guatemalan coffee, peanuts, and Vermont maple syrup.
Tasting Notes
Notes of freshly pulled espresso collide with gorgeous maple and brown sugar while a roasty, malty backbone holds the whole thing together. Earthy peanut and sophisticated whiskey-oak nuances accentuate the finish, making each sip ever tastier than the last.
