About This Beer
To make it, the crew conditioned a thick Stout base on Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, Ecuadorian cacao nibs, and two rounds of toasted coconut.
Tasting Notes
A nebula of nutty espresso, dark chocolate, and creamy coconut all swirl together, accentuating the rich and roasty malty backbone and obscuring the 11% ABV. It’s like a decadent artisanal mocha with a splash of coconut cream.
