Garagiste conjures up dessert flavors only honey experts at a top meadery could.

In it, the meadery features tart cherries from the Mediterranean, black currants from New York, and blackberries from the Pacific Northwest. They blend it all with Brazillian organic honey and orange blossom honey, before aging on oak with a blend of Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans.
