About This Beer
Are you familiar with the term ‘zoomies?’ It’s when a dog gets so excited that it starts racing around in circles! Which is exactly how I reacted the first time I tried this brew.
Because this American Barleywine is a whole new take on the classic style!
Tasting Notes
It’s hoppy, but with a subdued bitterness. It’s malty, but the sweetness is tempered so it’s never cloying. You’ll find the bold date and fig flavors you’d expect, but you’ll also get hints of citrus and tropical fruit glittering around the periphery.

It's ok. Not what I would expect in a barleywine. If you like lighter and sweet you might enjoy this beer.
