According to the brewery owners, the name ‘ODD Muse’ has multiple meanings! It’s a nod to the idea that inspiration can come from pretty strange places. It’s also a direct representation of the owner’s daughters: (O)livia and (D)anilla (D)iaz! Owner and headbrewer Bobby Diaz and co-founder Charles Roffino initially opened ODD Muse with an intent to unite their community — they strongly believe that beer should be a gateway to friendship, inclusion, and culture. And boy oh boy, did they succeed in that mission! ODD Muse is always full of thirsty locals, looking for a good time, and good beer. They opened in December 2019, yet they’ve already landed on Eater Dallas’ “Best Beers to Drink at Home Right Now” list and have been hailed as a “jewel” of the region by the Dallas Observer!
