About This Beer
If you’re a fan of the style, you probably already know that Gigantic Brewing Co. makes kickass Barleywines. To craft a brew in celebration of their 10th Anniversary, they had to go even bigger than usual!
So they started with a boozy 14.3% ABV base, and aged it in highly sought after Willet Bourbon barrels!
Tasting Notes
Rich malty flavors of honey, toffee, and fresh bread inundate every drop. Hints of date and caramel roll through the pour, splashing up against notes of oak and finely crafted whiskey. A touch of nuttiness comes through on the finish, along with a lingering essences of brown sugar.
