The crew at Gigantic Brewing focus their efforts on “making exceptional beer, rather than a lot of beer.” And while fans do find these Oregon brews exceptional, there’s never enough to go around. Unless you’re actually inside the taproom, Gigantic’s popular brews, like Ginormous Imperial IPA and Most Premium Russian Imperial Stout, can be hard to find. And their hyper-limited Massive! American Barleywine is so sought after, it’s almost legendary. And then there's the SERIOUSLY rare stuff, like the Hellboy Beer Series released in conjunction with Darkhorse Comics. Hellboy Maple Pancake Beer and Abe Sapian Indigo Blue Fruit Ale are practically collectors items! Partners Ben Love and Van Havig might not be making a lot of beer, but if you can find it, every drop is worth drinking. Hype: Eater describes this brewery as “a legend of Portland beer!”
