About This Beer
For this extremely limited, extended aging project, the bold beer specialists at White Elm blended Barleywine aged 24 months in port barrels and 26 months in bourbon barrels. The extra time in oak makes for a chewy brew with an extra sumptuous mouthfeel and richer barrel accents.
Tasting Notes
Currents of whiskey caramel cascade over decadent bread pudding nuances with every thick quaff. Deep, jammy notes of raisin and date swirl underneath with cinnamony wood-spice before a blackberry-esque port finish.

Bourbon and dark fruit in the aroma with a touch of chocolate. Caramel and fig with some port notes in the taste. Finishes a touch dry.
