About This Beer
24k Tuesday was inspired by everyone’s favorite dessert, carrot cake! Or rather, 24 karat cake, because it’s as good as gold if you ask us. This rich Imperial Stout was aged in bourbon barrels then treated with fresh carrots, walnuts, milk sugar for creaminess, raisins, and just a pinch of spice for a tasty treat.
Tasting Notes
Rich, chocolatey, and roasty with hints of baking spice and some carrot sweetness.

I had gotten two bottles of this through my Bruery membership. I'm not a big carrot fan, but this beer is very good!

It's solid. Kinda taste like root beer. Has a carrot cake dipped in caramel/ chocolate bourbon taste going on.

If you like a raisin-y beer or overly spiced carrot cake, enjoy. I appreciate the effort but just wasn’t a huge fan of these adjuncts.
